Hi, I'm Jane Simons... from my home and office in beautiful Kasilof, Alaska; doing what I love to do but in a new and better way, on the Internet!

I have been interested in health and nutrition for 50 years, always looking for the best in every category. I am a nutritional consultant, and a member of the American Nutraceutical Association. I work with: Optimal Health, Weight Management and Anti-Aging. I am not a health food store, but I do carry the products that I recommend. I am not a Doctor and I do not prescribe. All the products are non-toxic, can be purchased by anyone, and are for support. Nutrition has been my first love, but I have come to realize that there is much more to Health than just what you put in your mouth. I am branching out with other products that fit a healthy lifestyle.
